Postpone NEET PG 2022: On Wednesday, a team of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) met Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and renewed the demand to postpone NEET PG 2022, despite the Supreme Court dismissing the petition. Senior officials from the Union Health Department also attended the conference.
The ABVP urged the health minister in a memorandum to reopen the NEET application window for students whose allotted seats had been annulled. The ABVP stated in the memorandum that such students should be given at least one day to finish their registration.

The ABVP delegation raised six points with Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya regarding the postponement of the exam date and stated it received encouraging feedback.
The student organisation, however, hoped that an official statement regarding the delay of the NEET PG exam date will be made shortly.
“Our delegation mainly put forward six important points in front of the Union Minister. The officials acknowledged it to be a major issue that needs to be focused on. So, we are positive that these points will pave the way for the decision and the students will get relief,” ABVP Nationa General Secretary Nidhi Tripathi said following the meeting.
