UGC NET 2021 Result Announced: The result of the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test has been released today i.e. on Saturday. The UGC NET Result 2022 has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 19 February. The result can be easily checked by visiting the official website of UGG, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Let us inform you that between November and January 5, examinations were conducted in 81 subjects at about 837 examination centers across the country. In which more than 12 lakh candidates had appeared. Students were waiting for the result of the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test for a long time. However, it was expected that the result of this examination would be declared in February.
How to check UGC NET 2021 Result
First of all, the candidate has to visit the official website of UGC NET Result 2021 at ugcnet.nta.nic.in to check his result. After that click on the link of UGC NET Result. Then the requested information such as roll number and date of birth will have to be entered. After submitting all these, the result will appear on the screen. Then it has to be downloaded.
More than 12 lakh candidates had given the exam
The UGC-NET was conducted in 81 subjects at its 837 centers spread across 239 cities in the country. More than 12 lakh candidates had registered for UGC-NET. The cut-off marks for Paper 1 and 2 of UGC NET is 40 percent of the total marks for general category candidates. Whereas for EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Transgender candidates it is 35 percent of the aggregate marks.
