KGMU B.Sc Nursing Counselling Process 2022
The four-year counselling procedure for the KGMU UP B.Sc. Nursing programme consists of the following stages:
Registration: Students who pass the written exam are invited to the counselling sessions and must pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs500 using internet banking in order to attend.
Choice Filling & Locking: Following the payment of the registration fee, the applicant will be granted access to a facility where they can fill and lock their information after logging in. Candidates must select their top options for seat allocation and fill and lock the college in accordance with the CET scores they received. They won’t be able to change their option once it has been filled out and locked in any way.
Provisional Seat Allotment Letter: The candidates must print out the “Provisional Seat Allotment Letter” after submitting their final selections since it contains information about the college that has been assigned to them as well as other information.
Seat Allotment Fees: After receiving a seat, the candidate must deposit a separate sum of Rs 5,000 in the King George’s Medical University (KGMU) favour.
Reporting to the Allotted College for Verification: The counselling session will be done online, and candidates must upload the necessary documents after logging in. It will be difficult to get allotted into the specified college if any candidate failed to upload the proper documentation.
Submission of Admission Fees: The college will publish the final list of candidates who were selected to their particular college after conducting the last round of document verification. The candidate would receive the amount of Rs. 5,000 back if they enrol in one of the nursing programmes offered by the university. If an applicant chooses a seat but chooses not to enrol, the University will forfeit that fee.
