JEE MAINS 2021 Exam Postponed due to Covid Surge announcement by Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank
Union Cabinet Minister for Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pohkriyal Nishank has announced that the JEE (Main) – May 2021 session has been postponed. He also said that students to keep visiting the official website of NTA for further updates. This decision has been taken for the safety of students because of the Covid-19 situation.
Already JEE(Main) – 2021 April Session which was scheduled on April 27,28 and 30, has already been postponed. Also, May Session was scheduled for 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 May 2021. However keeping the current situation in mind, the JEE(Main)- 2021 May session is additionally being postponed.
Looking at the present situation of COVID-19 and keeping students safety in mind, JEE (Main) – May 2021 session has been postponed .

Recently, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi took a decision to increase the helpful hands of medical students, graduates, & more to fight this Covid-19 situation. So the NEET-PG examination was postponed for at least four months.
According to the PMO office, MBBS final year students can be used to monitor covid cases under the supervision of seniors doctors and nurses, qualified nurses of BSC/GNM. This will be very helpful in this second wave of Corona.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also said that medical workers who will complete their 100 days in Covid Duty will given honored with Covid Nation Service Award. Also, they will be given priority to regular government recruitment.
So the students can utilize this time to prepare themselves better for the examination.
